Alecu Russo Balti State University announces the organization of a selection contest of candidates for academic mobility at the Powiślański University, Poland within the Erasmus+ programme.

Type of mobility Students (5 months) February-June, 2023 

Powiślański University offers 1 mobility grant. The average monthly grant is around €700 

Required documents
  1. ID and Passport Photocopy
  2. CV Europass

  4. Learning Agreement (filled in with information on the student and the home university, in the section Before the mobility – Table A and signed by the student and the home university (in the section Commitment)

5.      Transcript of records issued by home university – original and authorized English translation

  1. Proof of registration as a student, issued by home university, which confirms the level and the year of study during the current academic year and the expected date of graduation – original and authorized English translation
  2. Language certificate (for the language of instruction of the respective study programme in the host university)
  3. Motivation letter

The printed file will be presented to your home University to the Department of International Relations(Office 142, Administrative Building) and the electronic PDF format will be sent to the following email: international.office@usarb.md

Eligibility criteria
  1. Minimum CGPA 3.0
  2. Standard level of English proficiency and good communication skill
  3. Have completed at least two academic semesters
Language Requirements Exchange students are expected to demonstrate English proficiency corresponding to at least B2 level of the Common European Language Framework of Reference.
Selection Process
  1. Academic merit (as indicated in the Transcript of records)
  2. Motivation statement content and language
  3. English language proficiency and communication skills
  4. CV
  5. Program Motivation

Any other information indicated by the applicant (additional learning experience, specific academic interest, vulnerable socio-economic situation, etc.)

Specific criteria: 1.      to have all the exams passed;

2.      to be able to demonstrate specific skills and abilities in accordance with the work to be carried out at the partner university

The decision can be appealed within 2 weeks from the date the selection results were announced.
