Required documents
  1. Copy of a valid passport

2.      Transcript of records issued by home university – original and authorized English translation

  1. Certificate of enrollment, issued by home university, which confirms the level and the year of study during the current academic year and the expected date of graduation – original and authorized English translation
  2. Language certificate/attestation (Italian or English, minimum B1 CEFR), issued by a  recognised institution or via the European Commission EU Academy platform, mandatory at the time of application
  3. A detailed description of the student’s research topic (for PhDs).

The printed file will be presented to your home University to the Department of International Relations (Office 142, Administrative Building) and the electronic PDF format will be sent to the following email: international.office@usarb.md

Eligibility criteria
  1. Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree programme (final year only), or in a Master’s degree programme, or in a PhD programme at their home institution for the Academic Year 2026/2027
  2. Strong academic record, documented through GPA or equivalent grading system
  3. Language proficiency in Italian or English at a minimum B1 level (CEFR).The certificate may be issued by a recognised institution or obtained through the European Commission EU Academy platform (https://academy.europa.eu/), by completing the relevant placement test.
  4. Priority will be given to applicants selecting courses taught in English at UdA (see the list of courses held in English:

Language Requirements Exchange students are expected to demonstrate English/Italian proficiency corresponding to at least B1 level of the Common European Language Framework of Reference.
Selection Process
  1. Academic merit (as indicated in the Transcript of records)
  2. English language proficiency and communication skills
  3. Awareness and good knowledge of the Erasmus+ programme

Any other information indicated by the applicant (additional learning experience, specific academic interest, vulnerable socio-economic situation, etc.)

Specific criteria 1.      To have all the exams passed;

2.      To be able to demonstrate specific skills and abilities in accordance with the work to be carried out at the partner university

 

The decision can be appealed within 2 weeks from the date the selection results were announced.
