8. Proof of registration as a doctoral student,
issued by your home university, which confirms your level and year of study during the current academic year and the expected date of graduation (original and authorized translation into English);
9. Language certificate

11. Pre-acceptance document from the host university

The printed file will be presented to your home University to the Department of International Relations(Office 142, Administrative Building) and the electronic PDF format will be sent to the following email:

Eligibility criteria 1.      Students at PhD level;

2.      Students who study in one (or more) of the above-mentioned fields of study;

3.      Students with good academic record;

4.      Students who are highly motivated.

Language Requirements Exchange students are expected to demonstrate English/German proficiency corresponding to at least B2 level of the Common European Language Framework of Reference

*For English taught programmes, German proficiency of level A2 is strongly recommended

Selection Process Home university will provide a pre-selection of candidates according to the following general criteria:

  1. Academic merit (as indicated in the Transcript of records)
  2. Motivation statement content
  3. English/German language proficiency and communication skills 
  4. CV
  5. Awareness and good knowledge of the Erasmus + program
  6. Any other information indicated by the applicant (additional learning and working experience, specific academic interest, vulnerable socio-economic situation, etc.)
