  4. Transcript of records from home university (original and authorized translation into English)
  5. Proof of registration as a student, issued by home university, which confirms the level and year of study during the current academic year and the expected date of graduation (original and authorized translation into English)
  6. Language certificate
  7. Motivation letter

The file (printed and electronic PDF format) will be presented to your home University to the Department of International Relations (Office 142, Administrative Building, email: international.office@usarb.md).

Eligibility criteria
  1. Students at BA, MA and PhD levels
  2. Students enrolled in one of the fields of study at the Faculty of Letters, USARB
  3. Students who have to complete a traineeship as a requirement of their study program
  4. Students with good academic record
  5. Students who are highly motivated
Language Requirements Exchange students are expected to demonstrate Romanian / English proficiency corresponding to at least B2 level of the Common European Language Framework of Reference.
Selection Process Home university will provide a pre-selection of candidates according to the following general criteria:

  1. Academic merit (as indicated in the Transcript of records)
  2. Motivation statement content
  3. English language proficiency and communication skills 
  4. CV
  5. Awareness and good knowledge of the Erasmus + program
  6. Any other information indicated by the applicant (additional learning and working experience, specific academic interest, vulnerable socio-economic situation, etc.)
