Alecu Russo Balti State University announces the organization of a selection contest of candidates for academic mobility at the University of West Attica, Greece (UNIWA) within the Erasmus + Programme.

Type of mobility Staff: Teaching/Mixed Mobility (5 days)
Required documents 1.     ID and Passport Photocopy

2.     CV Europass

3.     Application form

4.     Mobility Approval (from the Research Committee) or official nomination letter

5.     Mobility agreement  (Staff Mobility for Teaching/Mixed Mobility)

6.     Proof of employment in the Alecu Russo Balti State University, issued by your home university (original and authorized translation into English)

7.     Language certificate

8.     Motivation letter

9.     Detailed attendance program, validated by UniWA

10.  Invitation letter from UNIWA

The printed file will be presented to your home University to the Department of International Relations (Office 142, Administrative Building) and the electronic PDF format will be sent to the following email: international.office@usarb.md
Language Requirements Exchange staff is expected to demonstrate English proficiency corresponding to at least C1 level of the Common European Language Framework of Reference.
Selection Process Home university will provide a pre-selection of candidates according to the following criteria:

  1. Invitation  Letter
  2. Detailed attendance program
  3. Program Motivation
  4. Awareness and good knowledge of the Erasmus + programme

Any other information indicated by the applicant (additional working experience, specific academic interest, etc.)
Specific criteria 1.     To be a staff employed at the Alecu Russo Balti State University

2.     English language skills (C1)

3.     The candidate is affiliated and has activity in the field corresponding to the mobility

4.     Must provide the invitation  letter

 

The decision can be appealed within 2 weeks from the date the selection results were announced.
