Type of mobility Staff: Teaching/Training (5 days)
Required documents

  3. Mobility agreement  (filled in with information on the student and home university, in the section Before the mobility – Table A, signed by the student and home university (in the section Commitment)
  4. Proof of employment in the home university, issued by your home university (original and authorized translation into English)
  5. Language certificate
  6. Motivation letter
  7. Pre-acceptance document from the host university

The printed file will be presented to your home University to the Department of International Relations (Office 142, Administrative Building) and the electronic PDF format will be sent to the following email: international.office@usarb.md  
Language Requirements Exchange staff members are expected to demonstrate English / Spanish proficiency corresponding to at least B2 level of the Common European Language Framework of Reference.
Selection Process Home university will provide a pre-selection of candidates according to the following general criteria:

  1. Support (Pre-Acceptance) Letter or e-mail
  2. Relevance and impact of the Work Plan
  3. International activity
  4. Language skills
  5. Position held

Any other information indicated by the applicant in CV (additional working experience, specific academic interest, etc.)
