Required documents
  1. ID and passport
  2. CV List of Publications
  3. Mobility agreement (filled in with information on the candidate and the home university, in the section Before the mobility – Table A and signed by the candidate and the home university (in the section Commitment)
  4. Proof of employment in the home university, issued by your home university (original and authorized translation into English/ certificate issued directly in English)
  5. Motivation letter (stating your motivation for applying for the Erasmus+ scholarship and describing the activities planned for the duration of the mobility in the host university)
  6. Pre-acceptance document from the host university

 The printed file will be presented to your home University to the Department of International Relations (Office 142, Administrative Building) and the electronic PDF format will be sent to the following email: international.office@usarb.md  
Selection Process  Home university will provide a pre-selection of candidates according to the following criteria:

  1. Support (Pre-Acceptance) Letter
  2. CV
  3. Program Motivation
  4. Awareness and good knowledge of the Erasmus + programme
  5. Any other information indicated by the applicant in CV (additional working experience, specific academic interest, etc.)
Language Requirements  Exchange staff members are expected to demonstrate English proficiency corresponding to at least B2 level of the Common European Language Framework of Reference.
