Required documents
  1. ID and PASSPORT

  3. Proof of employment in the home university, issued by your home university (original and authorized translation into English)
  4. Motivation letter ( stating your motivation for applying for the Erasmus+ scholarship and describing the activities planned for the duration of the mobility in the host university)
  5. Language certificate
  6. Staff Mobility Agreement for Training https://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/resources/documents/applicants/mobility-agreement_en
  7. Pre-acceptance document from the host university
  8. Application form from the Department of International Relations

 The printed file will be presented to your home University to the Department of International Relations (Office 142, Administrative Building) and the electronic PDF format will be sent to the following email: international.office@usarb.md    

Selection Process  Home university will provide a pre-selection of candidates according to the following criteria:

  1. Support (Pre-Acceptance) Letter
  2. Work Plan
  3. Program Motivation
  4. Awareness and good knowledge of the Erasmus + programme

 Any other information indicated by the applicant in CV (additional working experience, specific academic interest, etc.)

Language Requirements  Exchange staff members are expected to demonstrate Greek/English proficiency corresponding to at least B2 level of the Common European Language Framework of Reference.
