2.     CV Europass

3.     Learning Agreement (filled in with information on the student and home university, in the section Before the mobility – Table A, signed by the student and home university (in the section Commitment)

4.     Transcript of records from home university (original and authorized translation into English)

5.     Proof of registration as a student, issued by home university, which confirms the level and year of study during the current academic year and the expected date of graduation (original and authorized translation into English)

6.     Language certificate (for the language of instruction of the respective study programme in the host university).Only internationally recognized certificates are accepted.

7.     Motivation letter

The printed file will be presented to your home University to Department of International Relations (Office 142, Administrative Building) and the electronic PDF format will be sent to the following email: international.office@usarb.md

Eligibility criteria 1.     Students at the Alecu Russo Balti State University

2.     Students who have successfully completed 2 semesters of studies

3.     Students enrolled in one of the fields of study available at the Mykolas Romeris University, Lithuania

4.     Students with good academic record

5.     Students who are highly motivated

Language Requirements Exchange students are expected to demonstrate English proficiency corresponding to at least B2 level of the Common European Language Framework of Reference.
Selection Process Home university will provide a pre-selection of candidates according to the following general criteria:

1.     Academic merit (as indicated in the Transcript of records)

2.     Motivation statement content and language

3.     English language proficiency and communication skills

4.     CV

5.     Awareness and good knowledge of the Erasmus + programme

Any other information indicated by the applicant (additional learning experience, specific academic interest, vulnerable socio-economic situation, etc.)

 

Specific criteria:

1.      to have all the exams passed;

2.      to be able to demonstrate specific skills and abilities in accordance with the work to be carried out at the partner university

The decision can be appealed within 2 weeks from the date the selection results were announced.
