Required documents BACHELOR

1. ID and Passport Photocopy
2. CV Europass
3. Learning Agreement (filled in with information on the student and the home university, in the section Before the mobility – Table A and signed by the student and the home university (in the section Commitment)
4. Transcript of records from home university (original and authorized translation into English)
5. Proof of registration as a student, issued by your home university, which confirms your level and year of study during the current academic year and the expected date of graduation (original and authorized translation into English)
6. Language certificate
7. Motivation letter

The printed file will be presented to your home University to the Department of International Relations (Office 142, Administrative Building) and the electronic PDF format will be sent to the following email: international.office@usarb.md
Eligibility criteria 1.      Students at the Undergraduate level;

2.      Students who have successfully completed 2 semesters;

3.      Students who study in one (or more) of the above-mentioned fields of study;

4.      Students with good academic record;

5.      Students who are highly motivated.
Language Requirements Exchange students are expected to demonstrate English proficiency corresponding to B2 level  and Spanish at B1 level of the Common European Language Framework of Reference
Selection Process Home university will provide a pre-selection of candidates according to the following general criteria:

  1. Academic merit (as indicated in the Transcript of records)
  2. Motivation statement content
  3. English language proficiency and communication skills 
  4. CV Europass
  5. Awareness and good knowledge of the Erasmus + program
  6. Any other information indicated by the applicant (additional learning and working experience, specific academic interest, vulnerable socio-economic situation, etc.)
Specific criteria 1.      To have all the exams passed;

2.      To be able to demonstrate specific skills and abilities in accordance with the work to be carried out at the partner university

The decision can be appealed within 2 weeks from the date the selection results were announced.
