Type of mobility Staff: Training/Teaching (5 days)
Required documents 1.      ID and Passport Photocopy

2.      CV Europass

3.      Mobility agreement  

4.      Proof of employment in the Alecu Russo Balti State University, issued by your home university (original and authorized translation into English)

5.      Language certificate

6.      Motivation letter

7.      Pre-acceptance document from the host university

The printed file will be presented to your home University to the Department of International Relations (Office 142, Administrative Building) and the electronic PDF format will be sent to the following email: international.office@usarb.md

Language Requirements Exchange staff is expected to demonstrate English proficiency corresponding to at least B2 level of the Common European Language Framework of Reference.
Selection Process Home university will provide a pre-selection of candidates according to the following criteria:

  1. Support (Pre-Acceptance) Letter
  2. Work Plan
  3. Program Motivation
  4. Awareness and good knowledge of the Erasmus + programme

 

Any other information indicated by the applicant (additional working experience, specific academic interest, etc.)

Specific criteria 1.      To be a staff employed at the Alecu Russo Balti State University

2.      English language skills (min B2)

3.      The candidate is affiliated and has teaching-research activity in the field corresponding to the mobility

4.      Must provide the support letter

 

The decision can be appealed within 2 weeks from the date the selection results were announced.
