  3. Learning Agreement (filled in with information on the student and home university, in the section Before the mobility – Table A, signed by the student and home university (in the section Commitment)
  4. Transcript of records from home university (original and authorized translation into English)
  5. Proof of registration as a student, issued by home university, which confirms the level and year of study during the current academic year and the expected date of graduation (original and authorized translation into English)
  6. Language certificate (for the language of instruction of the respective study programme in the host university).
  7. Motivation letter

The file (printed and electronic PDF format) will be presented to your home University to Department of International Relations, Office 142, Administrative Building, email: international.office@usarb.md

Language Requirements Candidates are expected to demonstrate English proficiency corresponding to at least B2 level of the Common European Language Framework of Reference.
Eligibility criteria 1.      Students at the Undergraduate level

2.      Students who have successfully completed 2 semesters of studies

3.      Students enrolled in one of the fields of study available at Narva College of University of Tartu, Estonia

4.      Students with good academic record

5.      Students who are highly motivated

Selection Process Home university will provide a pre-selection of candidates according to the following general criteria:

1.      Academic merit (as indicated in the Transcript of records)

2.      Motivation statement content and language

3.      English language proficiency and communication skills (the required English language level is B2)

4.      CV

5.      Program Motivation

6.      Awareness and good knowledge of the Erasmus + programme

7.      Any other information indicated by the applicant (additional learning experience, specific academic interest, vulnerable socio-economic situation, etc.)
