Type of mobility Staff: Teaching/ Training (5 days)

Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași, Romania offers 2 mobility grants.

 

International Staff  Week May 2024 – 1 grant (for International Relations Department)

 

Staff  mobility for teaching – 1 grant (should be carried out until 9 June 2024)
Required documents 1.      ID and passport Photocopy

2.       CV Europass

3.      Proof of employment in the Alecu Russo Balti State University, issued by your home university (original and authorized translation into English/ certificate issued directly in English)

4.       Motivation letter (it will be filled in online, stating your motivation for applying for the E+ scholarship and describing the activities planned for the duration of the mobility in the host university)

5.       Pre-acceptance document from the host university

6.      Teaching Mobility Agreement / Training Mobility Agreement signed by the staff member and the Alecu Russo Balti State University

The file (printed and electronic format (PDF) will be presented to your home University to the Department of International Relations, Office 142, Administrative Building, email: international.office@usarb.md
Language Requirements Exchange candidates are expected to demonstrate English/Romanian proficiency corresponding to B2 level of the Common European Language Framework of Reference.
Selection Process Alecu Russo Balti State University will provide a pre-selection of candidates according to the following criteria:

1.     Support (Pre-Acceptance) Letter

2.     Work Plan

3.     Program Motivation

4.     Awareness and good knowledge of the Erasmus + programme

 Any other information indicated by the applicant in CV (additional working experience, specific academic interest, etc.)
Specific criteria 1.      To be a staff employed at the Alecu Russo Balti State University

2.      English/Romanian language skills (min B2)

3.      The candidate is affiliated and has teaching-research activity in the field corresponding to the mobility

4.      Must provide the support letter

 

The decision can be appealed within 2 weeks from the date the selection results were announced.
