     Alecu Russo Balti State University announces the organization of a selection contest of candidates for academic mobility at the Volda University College, Norway within the Erasmus+ programme.

Required documents
  1. ID and Passport Photocopy
  2. CV Europass
  3. Mobility agreement 
  4. Proof of employment in the Alecu Russo Balti State University, issued by your home university (original and authorized translation into English/ certificate issued directly in English)
  5. Language certificate (for the language of instruction of the respective study programme in the host university)
  6. Motivation letter
  7. Health Insurance policy (EHIC or equivalent)
  8. Pre-acceptance document from the host university

The printed file will be presented to your home University to the Department of International Relations(Office 142, Administrative Building) and the electronic PDF format will be sent to the following email: international.office@usarb.md
Language Requirements Exchange students are expected to demonstrate English proficiency corresponding to at least C1 level of the Common European Language Framework of Reference.
Selection Process Alecu Russo Balti State University will provide a pre-selection of candidates according to the following criteria:

  1. Support (Pre-Acceptance) Letter
  2. Relevance and impact of the work plan/attendance program
  3. International activity
  4. Language skills
  5. Position held

 Any other information indicated by the applicant in CV (additional working experience, specific academic interest, etc.)
Specific criteria 1.     To be a staff employed at the Alecu Russo Balti State University

2.     English language skills (C1)

3.     The candidate is affiliated and has teaching-research activity in the field corresponding to the mobility

4.     Must provide the support letter

 

The decision can be appealed within 2 weeks from the date the selection results were announced.
