3. Mobility Agreement (filled in with information on the candidate and the home university, in the section Before the mobility – Table A and signed by the candidate and the home university (in the section Commitment)
4. Proof of employment in the home university, issued by your home university (original and authorized translation into English)
5. Language certificate
6. Motivation letter7. Pre-acceptance document from the host university

The printed file will be presented to your home University to the Department of International Relations (Office 142, Administrative Building) and the electronic PDF format will be sent to the following email: international.office@usarb.md  
Selection Process Home university will provide a pre-selection of candidates according to the following criteria:

  1. Support (Pre-Acceptance) Letter
  2. Work Plan
  3. Program Motivation
  4. Awareness and good knowledge of the Erasmus + programme
  5. Any other information indicated by the applicant in CV (additional working experience, specific academic interest, etc.)
Language Requirements Exchange staff members are expected to demonstrate Spanish/English proficiency corresponding to at least B2 level of the Common European Language Framework of Reference.
