3. Letter of recommendation

4. Official academic document (Transcript of Records) from home university (original and authorized translation into English)

5. Certificate of enrolment (students) in a Master or PhD programme at home university (original and authorized translation into English)

6. Mobility Proposal (work plan to be carried out) signed by the academic and administrative responsible of the university
7.  Language certificate
8. Letter of motivation

9. In the case of applicants applying for Additional Support for Students with fewer opportunities,  applicants must upload the necessary documents to certify this situation in their country of origin

10. Declaration of compliance with tax and national insurance obligations in the matter of grants. This declaration must be signed by the applicant.

The printed file will be presented to your home University to the Department of International Relations(Office 142, Administrative Building) and the electronic PDF format will be sent to the following email: international.office@usarb.md

1.      the student’s academic background,

2.      their research interests, and

3.      the proposed research topic offered by the hosting professor.

Applicants are therefore encouraged to contact the academic coordinator listed in each offer to clarify research topics and prepare a solid draft of their work plan.
