Signed mobility proposal by home academic responsible and home administrative responsible 4. Proof of employment in the home university, issued by your home university (original and authorized translation into English) 5. Language certificate 6. Motivation letter 7.Pre-acceptance document from the host university8. In cases of economically or socially disadvantaged applicants; this must be accredited by providing the pertinent documents in their home country.9. In the case of applicants with special needs, applicants must upload the documents required to accredit said situation in their home country.10. Declaration of compliance with tax and national insurance obligations in the matter of grants. This declaration must be signed by the applicant. The printed file will be presented to your home University to the Department of International Relations (Office 142, Administrative Building) and the electronic PDF format will be sent to the following email: international.office@usarb.md |
